Deep Clean

Ideal for first time clients

$225 - Includes:

This is a 5hr appointment. Please note that additional bedrooms and bathrooms extend cleaning time up to 1hr per room.

Deep cleans must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance

Recommended for new clients looking to start reoccurring services. Regular maintenance services begin after this appointment.

Please discard any old items out of fridge before your appointment. We do not discard items as we can not be responsible for making judgement calls on food items.

Adds 1hr to appointment

Inside of oven - $40

Adds at least 1hr to appointment, can extend up to 2hrs

Fridge & oven bundle - $70

Adds at minimum 2hrs to appointment but can extend up to 3hrs

Move in/out Clean - .25/sqft

Price varies on condition of the home. We do not clean up biohazard material or messes. The homeowner is responsible for trash removal - we do not provide dumpsters or trash/junk removal services.

Appointment times vary but carry a minimum time of 6hrs and can extend up to 12hrs based on the size of the home. Any appointments requiring more than 6hrs will be broken into a 2 day clean.

These cleans should be scheduled for when the home will be empty of all furniture and belongings to ensure we are able to provide the best in depth detail clean possible. We do not move furniture.

Must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance.

Organization Cleaning - $260

Refresh your space & organize your clutter! This is a 5hr appointment and includes the purchase of bins and totes used to help get your stuff organized. Bins and totes are yours to keep!
